Forge and Strive to Keep the Original Intention, Present to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) with Youth

In order to welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 19th anniversary of the company, and actively create a good atmosphere of hardworking and making progress, Huaxia Jianlong held a keynote speech titled "Advancing and Keeping the Original Aspiration of Youth at the 20th National Congress" and "Ode to Youth" in the form of video conference on the afternoon of September 19. Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, together with members of the management at the headquarters and senior management personnel from various subsidiaries, attended the event.
The "Ode to Youth" was kicked off with a poem recitation of "Huaxia Employees, Soul of Jianlong": We spend 19 years of youth to rush against the rapids. Searching for mines is the destination and dream of Huaxia Jianlong, mining is the song and dream of Huaxia Jianlong... The poem recitation eulogizes the company's aspirations and ambitions of working hard and struggling for 19 years since its establishment in the voice of mining people.
The speakers for this event were mainly executives from subsidiaries. They gave speeches around the different periods since the establishment of Huaxia Jianlong, focusing on the entrepreneurial aspirations, journey, and prospects for the future. They called on all employees of the company to bravely rise up to difficulties, actively respond to various challenges, and make unremitting efforts to promote the sustained, stable, and sound development of the company.
After the speech, Jin Wei, Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, read out the Notice on the Appointment of Li Lingchao, Lin Fujin and Other Positions: Li Lingchao was appointed as the Manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Huaxia Jianlong, Lin Fujin as the Deputy General Manager of Jianlong Mining in Chengde County, and Geng Lihui as the Deputy General Manager of Zhurihe Copper. In their inauguration speeches, they expressed their determination to stand firm in their positions, forge ahead, bravely shoulder heavy responsibilities, overcome difficulties, and strive to build a great enterprise and advance towards a world-leading mining company.
When they made an oath, senior executives of each subsidiary and mid-level and senior management of the headquarters made a solemn commitment to be loyal to the company, fulfill their duties, respect employees, serve customers, promote high-quality and sustainable development of the company, and strive to build a world-leading mining company.
Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, wrote a book titled "Writing a Beautiful Tomorrow with Wisdom and Diligence". Mr. Yuan pointed out that in September, the season of harvest, we celebrated the 19 th anniversary of the founding of the company. Looking back, a multitude of feelings surged up when we thought about the 7,000 days and nights we fought for our ideals. From the Changbai Mountain and Heilongjiang River of Northeast China to the towering Kunlun Mountains, to the snowy plateau of Tibet, from the Inner Mongolia grasslands to the colorful Yunnan, we have left our footprints and sweat. From a team of seven people at the very beginning to a team of nearly ten thousand people, from a mine to over thirty mines of all sizes, the ups and downs of the market have tested our teams and made the hardworking people more outstanding. Mr. Yuan stated that the development of the company over the past 19 years has relied on passion and courage. At a new starting point, we must create a beautiful future with our wisdom and diligence. President Zhang Zhixiang has issued an instruction to the mining company to move towards the goal of a world-leading mining company. We need to analyze the development strategies and tactics of the world's top mining companies, study and learn from their management experience, and improve our system and culture in practice. Mr. Yuan emphasized that he believes in our employees and more in our managers who should focus on value creation and the right things! With everyone's wisdom and diligence, we will surely be able to support a wonderful tomorrow of Huaxia Jianlong!
