They should not only rely on external resources and themselves, but also learn diligently. He encouraged every student to set an ambition and work vigorously, and get ready to rise up to the difficulties and hard work. "An optimistic and practical person will not fancy empty thoughts and overly ambitious dreams." Finally, Mr. Li wished every college student to quickly realize the gorgeous transformation from excellence to extraordinariness and from growth to success, make the best use of their talents and what they have learned, grow up to be an elite, management expert and technical authority as soon as possible. He further wished them to brave the wind and the waves, so as to move forward in Huaxia Jianlong, and make joint efforts to accompany Huaxia Jianlong on the way to a world-leading mining company!
