Huaxia Jianlong and North China University of Science and Technology signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement between the university and the enterprise
To deepen the integration of industry and education and promote the coordinated development of enterprises and universities, and to facilitate the mutual empowerment of enterprise development platforms and university talent and scientific research resources, on the morning of May 8th, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Huaxia Jianlong and North China University of Science and Technology was held in the seventh-floor meeting room of Huaxia Jianlong. Present at the ceremony were Yan Zanyong, Vice President of Jianlong Group and Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, Jin Wei, Executive Vice President of Huaxia Jianlong, Zhou Zhenhua, Vice President of Huaxia Jianlong and General Manager of Chengde Baotong Mining; Zhang Yanbo, President of North China University of Science and Technology, Xu Ying, Vice President of North China University of Science and Technology, and a total of 21 people. The meeting was presided over by Gong Chunhua, Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department of Huaxia Jianlong.
At the symposium, Mr. Yuan Zanyong, the chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, extended a warm welcome to the visiting leaders from North China University of Science and Technology and highly praised the outstanding performance and comprehensive quality of the university's graduates in the company. Mr. Yuan stated that since its establishment, the company's core team, mainly composed of alumni from his alma mater, has formed a complete mining industry chain, with production capacity and resource utilization levels steadily improving. Mr. Yuan pointed out that Huaxia Jianlong is willing to deepen practical cooperation with the university: jointly build talent cultivation and internship bases, strengthen the talent echelon; focus on low-grade ore utilization, limestone development, and tailings resource utilization for scientific research breakthroughs; promote mutual teacher appointments, talent exchanges, and support for innovation and entrepreneurship, to achieve complementary advantages through industry-education integration. The company will fully leverage its resource and platform advantages, deeply connect with the university's talent and scientific research resources, and work hand in hand with the university for win-win results, contributing to the development of the alma mater and regional industrial upgrading.
President Zhang Yanbo of North China University of Science and Technology stated during the symposium that the university has a complete professional chain, which is highly compatible with the businesses of Huaxia Jianlong such as mining, materials, surveying and mapping, and ecological restoration, providing a solid foundation for cooperation. He pointed out that the key to current school-enterprise cooperation lies in accurately matching demands and promoting the efficient integration of the university's research achievements with the practical problems of enterprises. The university will optimize the talent cultivation model based on the development needs of enterprises, carry out customized training, and establish special classes with dual mentors from both the university and the enterprises. At the same time, a mechanism for young teachers to enter enterprises for research and problem-solving will be established to promote the combination of teaching staff and practical experience, and implement the integrated development of "industry - discipline - major - employment". The university will coordinate departments such as disciplines and science and technology to deeply connect with enterprises, deepen cooperation in talent cultivation, technology research and development, and achievement transformation, and fully promote the implementation of school-enterprise collaboration.
After the symposium, Jin Wei, the executive vice president of Huaxia Jianlong, and Xu Ying, the vice president of North China University of Science and Technology, jointly signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement between the university and the enterprise. The leaders of both sides witnessed the signing ceremony on the spot and took a group photo together.
