Huaxia Jianlong Subsidiary Jindi Mining Wins Multiple Regional Honors for Team Development Achievements
Recently, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Work Safety and Occupational Health Association officially announced the results of the third Corporate Team Safety Development Selection. Huaxia Jianlong’s subsidiary, Jindi Mining, earned multiple regional honors for its systematic, innovative, and effective team development practices. Among the accolades, Jindi Mining was awarded the title of "Outstanding Organizational Unit for Team Safety Development in the Autonomous Region"; the A and C shifts of the Grinding and Selection Operation Area were recognized as "Outstanding Teams in the Autonomous Region"; shift leaders Meng Fanjie and Guo Gui were honored as "Outstanding Team Leaders in the Autonomous Region"; and Zhang Xinyue from the Team Development Project Promotion Group was named "Outstanding Facilitator for Team Safety Development in the Autonomous Region." Additionally, the Electrical Automation Team led by Zhang Guangyu successfully passed the re-evaluation for the second Safety Standardization Demonstration Team.
