Huaxia Jianlong Organized a Study Tour to Jinchuan Group for Excellent Grassroots Management Personnel
From July 19 to July 22, Huaxia Jianlong Safety and Environmental Protection Department sent 18 outstanding grassroots management members and safety backbone members from its subsidiary to Jinchuan Group for observation and practical training. The Jinchuan Observation and Training Improvement Class aims to benchmark the safety culture development of Jinchuan Group from multiple dimensions and levels through on-site visit, follow-up training, discussion and exchange in meeting, and training sharing.
From July 19 to July 22, Huaxia Jianlong Safety and Environmental Protection Department sent 18 outstanding grassroots management members and safety backbone members from its subsidiary to Jinchuan Group for observation and practical training. The Jinchuan Observation and Training Improvement Class aims to benchmark the safety culture development of Jinchuan Group from multiple dimensions and levels through on-site visit, follow-up training, discussion and exchange in meeting, and training sharing.
At the class opening ceremony, Ren Zuoping, Safety Director of Huaxia Jianlong, delivered a speech titled "Studying with Heart, Practicing with Body, Taking Initiative and Taking Responsibility Further". Mr. Ren emphasized that the purpose of this observation and training class is to enable everyone to personally understand the essence and connotation of safety culture, play the leading and demonstration role of safety backbone personnel, enhance the grassroots organizational support ability of each subsidiary, create a professional management team with advanced safety management concepts, drive the improvement of safety management level of Huaxia Jianlong, and promote the high-quality development of Huaxia Jianlong. At last, Mr. Ren proposed a learning style of "studying diligently, adhering to discipline, and practicing seriously", requiring everyone not to "do their best" in the learning process, but to "go all out".
On the morning of July 19, Yang Jun, Senior Safety Engineer of Jinchuan Group's Safety Assurance Department, introduced the development history of Jinchuan Group, the evolution process and implementation of safety culture development in Jinchuan Group; Zhou Hua, Senior Safety Engineer at a mining engineering company, gave a detailed explanation on how to build a safety risk control system. The trainees benefited greatly from the training, who offered their high comments constantly.
On the afternoon of July 19, trainees visited the Jinchuan Science and Technology Museum, the open old pit, and the Jinchuan National Mining Park. Through on-site visit, trainees realized the changes brought by science and technology, and were full of confidence in rare metal recycling. They firmly believed that every ore is a treasure, and they must make the greatest use of each piece of ore.
From July 20 to July 21, trainees were divided into two groups and went to the mining and beneficiation operation areas of Jinchuan Group for follow-up training. They participated in standardized scheduling and safety education training for the team on site; meanwhile, they visited the production site to learn about standardization construction, automation construction and intelligent construction, such as standardization construction of underground and beneficiation plants, unmanned driving of 5G+rail transportation electric locomotives, filling production data platform, and centralized control platform for ventilation system. The trainees exchanged ideas with the leaders of the mining and beneficiation operation areas, as well as personnel in charge of safety, production, equipment, and outsourcing units.
On the afternoon of July 21, the trainees went to Jinchuan Group's electrical training base to experience the special VR operations, including VR safe operation, safety knowledge answering, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation emergency rescue skills.
In order to consolidate learning achievements and quickly translate them into practical actions, trainees were arranged for to conduct two benchmarking and sharing activities on their insights and achievements during the training period. A total of 76 improvement measures were developed and completed according to the timeline.
On the morning of July 22, the Jinchuan Observation and Training Improvement Class held a graduation ceremony, and the outstanding teams and individuals (Miao Xinyu, Qi Xuefeng, Xu Guigang), received awards from Yin Weidong and Gao Jie from Zhong Gang - Jin Bang.
