Brainstorming| Huaxia Jianlong Successfully Held a Business Inquiry Meeting in April 2019
Before the inquiry meeting, on May 11 and May 12, Huaxia Jianlong invited Chang Jianjun, a practical expert in financial management, and Pan Jianjun, a safety culture expert of Jinchuan Group, to carry out special training on "financial management of non-financial managers" and "development of safety culture and safety material culture" for mid-level and senior managers of the company. Through this training, the managers have learned professional knowledge in the interpretation of enterprise business reports, cost control and decision analysis, business taxation and tax risks, as well as the Jinchuan safety culture model and safety culture development.
On the morning of May 13, the April business inquiry meeting of Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Technology Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room of Multi-use Building, Luanping Jianlong. General Manager and Chairman Yuan Zhanyong, Deputy General Managers Jin Wei and Wang Jiuhua, and relevant department heads, cadres of subsidiary management, and financial personnel of Huaxia Jianlong attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Jin Wei.
At the meeting, she listened to the work reports of the Financial Management Department, relevant departments, and selected subsidiaries on the production and operations in April 2019, and proposed questions regarding the budget execution of the subsidiaries in April, the problems they had at work, and the key work of next step. The leaders at the meeting carefully commented on the operations of each subsidiary and provided professional suggestions or opinions.
At the meeting, they listened to the experience sharing of Kuancheng Jianlong on blasting down the pillars, dust equipment installation of Chengde Jianlong, the newly constructed safety, quality, high-standard refined project of Benxi Longxin, and the green mine construction of Baotong Mining. All participants carried out in-depth discussion and research on selected issues.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Yuan gave an overall review of the work of various departments and subsidiaries with an emphasis that all management personnel should strictly follow the key points of the operations to ensure the smooth completion of various tasks and objectives. Mr. Yuan pointed out that the managers should comprehend national policies thoroughly to undertake their social responsibility and reflect the value of the company. Corporate leaders should be sincere and honest, practice what preach, and drive the pursuit of employees with the pursuit of leaders; the pursuit of managers is the driving force for corporate development; all employees should develop positive ideas, work style, and concepts, and change the future of the company by changing their own future.
