A Tribute to National Day | Chengde County Jianlong's Low-Grade Phosphorus Selection Project Successfully Goes into Operation
At 21:05 on October 2nd, the tailings phosphorus selection project in the copper selection workshop of Chengde County Jianlong successfully produced its first batch of phosphorus concentrate, achieving a "zero breakthrough" in phosphorus recovery for Chengde County Jianlong! This project is the phosphorus selection project with the lowest grade of raw ore (with a comprehensive grade of 0.5%) in the Chengde region. Relying on independent installation and scientific organization, it was completed 8 days ahead of schedule, paying tribute to National Day with solid achievements and demonstrating the excellent work style of Jianlong people in being adept at tackling tough challenges.
Since the official commencement of civil construction on July 23rd, the tailings phosphorus selection project in the copper selection workshop of Chengde County Jianlong entered the structural installation phase on August 24th, completing the entire process from construction start to operation in just 70 days. Facing challenges such as tight schedules, narrow working areas, and complex system integration, Chengde County Jianlong organized technical experts from various disciplines to follow up throughout the project, collaborating with the construction team to work day and night, strictly controlling equipment installation and process flow. The No.2 Concentrator (copper selection) and No.3 Concentrator allocated skilled personnel while ensuring normal production, with departments such as production technology, intelligent equipment, safety, and environmental protection fully cooperating. All participating employees worked together to expedite the construction schedule. On October 1st, the equipment trial run with materials was successful at the first attempt, with all equipment running smoothly and process parameters gradually adjusted to meet standards.
It is reported that after the full operation of the project, the expected annual average output of phosphorus concentrate is expected to reach 26,900 tons. This not only effectively develops and utilizes the tailings resources of Chengde County Jianlong but also demonstrates the firm determination and innovative capabilities of Huaxia Jianlong in promoting comprehensive resource utilization.
While people across the country are celebrating the festival and enjoying reunions, various fronts of Huaxia Jianlong remain in "striving mode," with a number of key projects and projects being fully implemented and efficiently advanced.
The 6MW wind power project at Jindi Mining is entering the final preparation stage before construction, striving to achieve the goal of connecting to the grid by the end of 2025, which will mark a "zero breakthrough" in wind power generation for Huaxia Jianlong.
The preparation work for the micro-wind power generation and photovoltaic carport project at Zhurihe Copper Industry is being intensively promoted during the festival period.
The intelligent transformation project of the Lingxing Concentrator at Baotong Mining has achieved cost optimization through an independent integration plan, saving 4.8 million yuan in investment, and is expected to complete system joint debugging and go online by the end of October.
Since its commencement on September 8th, the crushing station project at Shuanglong Mining has been seizing the autumn construction window period on the grasslands, making every effort to ensure full completion by the end of November.
