Huaxia Jianlong's Team Construction Wins a First Prize for Cultural Achievements


On August 8, 2024, the Enterprise Party Building and Corporate Culture Working Committee of the China Culture Management Association hosted the Conference on Enterprise Team Construction and Cultural Motivation for New Quality Productivity Development Exchange Conference and the 23rd Special Action for Practical Benchmarking Learning in Changchun. The event was attended by representatives from 66 central and local state-owned enterprises across the country, along with over 180 experts and scholars.

The conference officially released and implemented the collective standard of "New Era’s Team Construction Professional Guide" and announced the first batch of excellent practice achievements in enterprise team culture construction for the year 2024. Huaxia Jianlong, as an invited entity, deeply participated in the joint drafting of the standard. Baotong Mining, with its innovative measures and significant results in team construction culture practices, together with the group’s headquarters, won a "First Prize for Cultural Achievements in Team Construction." Additionally, Chengde County Jianlong and Luanping Jianlong received second prizes, fully demonstrating the vibrant vitality and strong momentum of cultural inheritance and innovation within Huaxia Jianlong's subsidiaries.
This conference specially selected six benchmark enterprises to recommend outstanding team leaders for micro-speeches on "How to Create a New Paradigm for Teams in the New Era that Matches the Development of New Quality Productivity." Yu Ziyi, a grassroots team leader from Baotong Mining, represented Huaxia Jianlong in giving a report on the construction of digital mining teams in the new era. Centered around the core concept of "Everyone is an Manager," Yu shared practical experiences in team construction from a unique perspective of a grassroots manager, focusing on three main themes: systematic advancement with everyone's participation; cultural leadership and people-oriented activation; and lean management with continuous improvement. Through the implementation of these themes, the goal is to achieve efficient operation of grassroots teams, open up new ideas for frontline management, and empower high-quality development of the enterprise.
